WHERE THE EVIDENCE COMES FROM
A qualified local engineer inspects the asset and records observations and supporting evidence. SPEC provides the framework for structuring that information into a consistent technical record.
Record integrity does not establish the physical truth of an observation. That depends on the inspection, the evidence and the assessment process.
